At Yoopood, we take great pride in crafting every dress with care and precision. Because all of our dresses are custom-made based on your unique measurements, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product meets the following exceptional conditions.

✅ We Accept Returns & Refunds Only If:

① Major Sizing Errors (Manufacturer’s Responsibility) 👗📏

If your dress differs from the measurements you submitted by more than 5cm (≈2 inches) in key areas (bust, waist, hips), and the issue is due to our tailoring mistake, you are eligible for:

  • Full refund or free remake
  • Free return shipping

🔍 Tip: All orders go through quality control and hand-checking before shipment. This issue is very rare, but we’ll take full responsibility if it happens.

② Quality Problems or Visible Defects 🧵❌

If the dress has any of the following:

  • Wrong color (not what you selected)
  • Visible fabric damage (e.g., tears, stains, broken zipper, etc.)
  • Production flaws or sewing defects

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with photos and a brief description. We will:

  • Offer a full refund or remake
  • Reimburse your return shipping cost

❌ Returns Are Not Accepted If:

  • ❗ You entered incorrect measurements when ordering.
  • 🎨 There is a minor color difference due to screen or lighting (this is not considered a defect).
  • 📦 The item arrives late due to shipping carrier delays, customs inspections, or force majeure.
  • 😕 You changed your mind, no longer need the item, or don’t like how it looks in person.

📦 How to Request a Return

If your case meets one of the approved reasons above:

  2. Provide:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the issue(s)
    • Description of the problem
  3. Once approved, we’ll send you a return label and issue a refund after we receive and inspect the item.

📝 Return Requirements

  • Dresses must be:
    • Unworn and unwashed
    • In original condition
    • With original packaging and tags
  • Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after return approval.
